About the Event

Join me online Monday 30th May at 7pm to welcome our Gemini New Moon. This moon loves change and is here to help us get things done, have a clean slate & explore new beginnings with clarity. We can use this time wisely to tap into our logical & practical minds to work through where we may feel stuck, helping us to find solutions and how to guide us to our next step forward on our paths. Gemini will bring an optimistic perspective to encourage to us to take the next steps forward on our journey. Gemini is a moon of communication so let us tap into this magical energy to allow all your needs & desires to be fully seen, heard and appreciated.

Breathwork 💛

7-7.15pm Gemini being an Air Sign we will begin with clearing our chakras with breathwork, removing any blocks that can prevent us from speaking our truths with ease and grace so we can open our throat to help us speak our minds & our truths with clarity, integrity & confidence.    


Heart Connecting Yoga 🧡

7.15-7.45pm The element Air is connected to our Heart Chakra and we will flow through a Heart Connecting  Yoga so we can move old energy that can keep us stuck in a place of fear, preventing us from taking inspired action to make the necessary changes to lead the life we desire, transmuting it into an energy of love & trust to follow our intuition and move forward with confidence on your next adventure

Meditation 💖

7.45-8.00pm I will guide us through a manifesting affirmation meditation to tap into our creative ideas, intuition and connect to the universal guidance to help us communicate, connect to our soul tribe, and come across the people & information we need to manifest our dreams into our realities. 

Journalling & Affirmations 💜

8.00-8.15pm we will finish with some journalling with mind-mapping so we can bring self-inquiry & awareness into our present moment, helping us assess where/what/who needs changing to move forwards in this new chapter.

What to Bring 💖

Please bring pen / pencil & paper / journal. Crystals are optional but bring a favourite if you have one. You may also wish to cleanse your space before your practice with some incense or sage.
