Worked in Care indusrty for 15 years. I took the plunge to do sonething ive always had an interest in. Health & Wellbeing !

Although at 45 years old starting a new career in my own is scary.... why not ? i need to try or ill never know.

cancer survivor and single parent to 2 beautiful kids i feel very grateful.

Now i need to feel even better by looking after my body & mind.
