1-2-1 Online Fascia Session. Tired of discomfort, aches and pains? The session will teach you how to relieve these plus learn how to self massage and heal your body. Fascia is now believed to be our largest organ in our bodies and we can learn how to release knots, tension (physical, emotional, mental, energetical and spiritual) when we work with fascia. This session will be and exploration and education plus you will receive follow up sessions to explore in your own time.
