Service Description

The Bottle Rocket is the bare bones of The Rocket it contains all the elements for all the other Rocket routines. When you attend Rocket training it is the first routine that you will learn. You can add all the dolphins and elbow stands in the session to increase intensity should you wish. Bottle Rocket is based on Larry Schultz's noon class at his studio in San Francisco. It is called Bottle Rocket because it is smaller condensed version of a 75 minute routine.
