This session will allow you to be guided by your body to release tension and bring harmony to your overall energy. Ideal for stiff hips and tightness in your upper body. We will finish the session with a guided meditation practice to anchor and embody the wisdom of this experience further within our bodies and souls. ✨ Option to light candles, bring crystals, essential oils and incense
