Online Full Moon in Aries

About The Workshop:

Join us on Sunday 9th of October to welcome in the Full Moon in Aries. Arguably the boldest full moon of the yearto help us bust through any stagnant energy holding us back from our deepest magic. This full moon is here to ignite a period that allows us to integrate all the lessons the planetary retrogrades taught us. Aptly named a Hunter’s Moon, the Full Moon in Aries is the second full moon after the equinox and our ancestors saw it as the start of a period of hunting in preparation for winter. During this time, they would push to get all of their hunting and gathering completed to begin storing food for the colder months, when hunting would be less productive. Transformation is key at this time, both physically and psychologically.

Yin Yoga 💙

We will begin with a gentle Yin Yoga routine to release old emotions. This practice will allow space for any stuck energy to be shifted and released, allowing new space for a happier state of mind and overall wellness of our bodies.

Breathwork 💚

In Hindu and yogic tradition, we have an energy system where prana (breath)— our vital force — flows to all parts of our body. Amy will guide you through a brief breathwork practice to help you connect with your authentic self.

Guided Meditation 💙

Amy will guide us through a guided meditation to help realign our bodies and emotions. We will follow with a gentle meditation for forgiveness to let go of anything we are ready to no longer carry around, a time to forgive ourselves & others to create new space & lightness in our bodies & minds.

Journalling & Affirmations 💜

We will finish with some journalling prompts & affirmations. Amy's journal prompts will help you uncover your emotions and connect to your inner wisdom. We will set intentions and affirmations to help bring our visions to life.
